This site is an order collection site in replacement of our LOW form. Final pricing will be determined based on the total number of orders submitted. In general, product pricing goes down as quantities go up, so the more orders received, the better the final price.

You will be asked for your drop ship address, but you will not be billed until you confirm your order. Once all orders are entered and the order window closes, we will share the final price with you. After you confirm your order, your items will be delivered to the address you provided in about two weeks.
